    REMEDIAL MASSAGE

As a Remedial Massage Therapist I’ve treated hundreds of clients with a variety of manual therapies.

My special interest in dance and sports rehab has led me to work with the Newcastle Knights.

Osteopathy

We blend osteopathic manual techniques to treat pain and discomfort with movement-based exercise therapy for a long-lasting solution.

  • Gently applying acupuncture needles to certain points in a muscle to provide relief.

  • Joint manipulations which generate a satisfying “cracking” sound.

  • One of the gentlest techniques available, this is effective at relieving pain when a patient feels that anything and everything might aggravate it.

Massage

We combine remedial and relaxation techniques to treat and release muscle tension, providing immediate pain relief and supporting long-term recovery.

  • A standard massage technique, this focuses on the tightest points of a muscle to provide a cascade of relief throughout the body.

  • A technique focused on releasing tension in the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles), improving flexibility and reducing pain.

  • Targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to address chronic pain, tension, and injury recovery.
